Brazil Pulse

Since 2004, Southern Pulse has played an integral role in providing strategic risk analysis, security information and political intelligence on the ground in Brazil. In 2014, through our Brazil Pulse product, we deployed correspondents into all twelve World Cup host cities to provide daily information on security, infrastructure, and political protests as well as weekly analysis, in-depth reporting and interviews about the events.

In July and August 2016, Southern Pulse plans to once again offer the daily Brazil Pulse product, focusing our network of correspondents, sources, and analysts in Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. Our correspondents will be well positioned to provide up to date information about security, protests, and infrastructure issues at the games as well as context for events. This information, exclusive to subscribers of Brazil Pulse, will provide a reality check to the information published on traditional and social media.

What does this service include?

Our analysts in Brazil and around the hemisphere will provide context and judgements about the information to identify potential threats and opportunities.
